Capital District Scholarships

n 2009–2010, Emma Willard School will grant three Capital District Scholarships worth $15,000 each. These scholarships are renewable each year, assuming the student’s day status, academic performance, and positive contributions to the school community.

There are no special forms to fill out; all applicants who complete the application process by February 1 will be considered for these awards.

A distinguished committee will make the final selections in recognition of academic achievement, leadership ability, and community service.

Required interview date: February 23, 2009 (no exceptions)

Merit scholarships do not preclude further financial assistance. Families who wish to apply concurrently for need-based financial assistance are required to submit the financial aid applications by February 1.
