Duke University Reports to the Board of Trustees and leads the Administrative Council in managing all aspects of school life, including curricular and co-curricular affairs, fiscal and staff management, enrollment and public relations, fund-raising, alumnae and parent relations, and long-range planning.

	Associate Head of School (518) 833-1310 B.A. Wellesley College M.A. University of Virginia Reports to the head of school and is responsible for all school affairs in the absence of the head. Coordinates school calendar. Oversees security and college counseling.

	Dean of Students Julia Howard Bush Instructor, Physical Education (518) 833-1502 B.S. Springfield College Is responsible for all aspects of co-curricular life. Oversees a student services program encompassing student leadership development, clubs and organizations, health and counseling services, resident life programs, student activities, and new student Orientation. Manages the student services staff, and facilitates the student disciplinary process.

	Chief Financial Officer (518) 833-1792 B.S. Bryant College Reports to the head of school and is responsible for all fiscal affairs, including budget development and management, business activities, and endowment management.

	Director of Strategic Initiatives (518) 833-1362 Reports to the head of school and is responsible for all admissions, communications, and planning efforts.

	Director of College Counseling (518) 833-1310 B.A., M.Ed. St. Lawrence University Reports to the associate head of school. Oversees college counselors Alizabeth Aramowicz Smith and Polly Kimberly. As director of college counseling, facilitates the post-secondary plans of all seniors and oversees testing related to college admissions.

	Dean of Academics (518) 833-1397 B.A. Princeton University M.S.N.S. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Reports to the head of school and is responsible for academic program, hiring, and professional development. Oversees faculty professional growth and evaluation, new faculty orientation, and the mentoring of the teaching interns. Consults with teachers in matters of pedagogy, general school procedures, and classroom management. Oversees the development of academic programs and the coordination of student scheduling. Manages the academic office.

	Director of Advancement (518) 833-1780 B.A. Skidmore College J.D. Boston College Law School Reports to the head of school and is responsible for all fund-raising activities and programs, including the annual fund, major gifts, and alumnae relations.

	Assistant Head of School (518) 833-1778 B.S. University of Pennsylvania J.D. UCLA School of Law Reports to the head of school and directs long-range student programs, oversees admissions, and coordinates the construction projects on campus.
