Emma Girls who are day students commute to school on a daily basis while living at home. Day students may eat every meal at school and take part in all school evening and weekend events.
Each girl gets her own locker, and the day student locker areas are themed in the same way they are in the residence halls. It’s a fun atmosphere just between The 2E Cafe and the student lounge area – right in the heart of campus activity.
Girls can stay overnight, have their own space in residence halls for social events and have ample opportunity for leadership positions at the school.
School Closings
Information regarding the closing or delayed opening of school because of inclement weather or other extraordinary circumstances will be available at www.schoolclosingsnetwork.com or by calling the Security office at (518) 833-1300.
Please do not assume that Emma is closed when public schools are closed.
