The Math Learning Center (MLC) is a room where a math teacher and/or student tutor can help you out if you have questions.
Some students go to the MLC to “talk out” their ideas about problems and to clarify questions from class. Other students go regularly to have a quiet place to do their math homework and like the security of having a teacher there in case of questions.
Going to the MLC is one way to show that you have initiative and determination for learning math, and that you are taking responsibility for your own learning. It is a popular room where students get to know teachers and peer tutors better.
The Math Learning Center is on the second floor of Weaver Hall in room 207.
