The 2013 summer program is sold out and registration is closed.
All registrations should be submitted online using one of the two registration forms below:
If you would like to pay by check use this registration form
If paying by check, you may either mail in a 50% deposit of your total due or the full amount. Your registration will not be complete until we receive the minimum deposit amount. The remaining 50% is due on or before June 1, 2013.
If you would like to pay by credit card use this registration form
If paying by credit card the your card will be charged the full amount upon form submission.
