Our conveniently located historic campus can be the perfect location for your next occasion. Professional on-site staff can handle events from 10 - 200 people.

Alumnae Chapel
The Emma Willard Alumnae Chapel is a beautiful site for your wedding ceremony. The expansive grounds will provide photos to remember. Your florist can transform the aisle into the wedding processional of your dreams!
Don’t let the word chapel fool you, not only can we accommodate wedding ceremonies, we can also accommodate baptisms, memorial services, a musical performance or even a lecture.
The chapel can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Kellas Commons
The ultimate multi-purpose room! We can set it up for an auditorium style meeting or a board style meeting. It can also be used for smaller luncheons or showers. For an auditorium style meeting we can accommodate up to 100 people. For a board style meeting we can seat up to 40 attendees. And for a luncheon or shower, we can comfortably fit up to 64 guests.
The room comes equipped with a projector and screen; all you need to do is provide the computer and other supporting materials! We can also offer refreshments provided by our in-house caterer, Sodexo.

Kiggins Auditorium
What a great place to hold a small play, music performance, a movie premiere. We have even held moving up ceremonies for local schools! It is also a great location to hold a lecture or a larger meeting. We have an audience capacity of 300. Please call for availability as this space is actively used by our students.
We can also hold a luncheon or dinner, up to 100 guests.

Lyon-Remington Hall
While large in stature, this room can only accommodate up to 49 guests. This room overlooks the center of campus! This majestic room boasts a 25-foot ceiling and cathedral windows at either end of the hall. It is a great spot for smaller showers, smaller luncheons or a musical performance.

Maguire Auditorium
A small, 100 seat capacity space. It has graduated seating. It is a nice space for a smaller lecture, meeting or music recital. Please note that this space is not handicap accessible.

Wadsworth Meeting Room
A nice space for a smaller meeting. The tables can push together to accommodate a group of about 20. Spread the tables out and you have a nice space for a smaller luncheon!

Cheel Aquatics Center

Cheel Aquatic Center is one of the finest swimming and diving facilities in the capital region with a six-lane competition pool and a one-meter diving board. The “shallow” end starts at 4 feet and goes to 12 feet in the deepest area of the pool. We require liability insurance so please inquire so we can see if your group’s coverage meets our requirements. You must provide your own certified lifeguard(s); 1 guard per 25 swimmers.

Mott Gymnasium
Our gymnasium has two full-sized basketball courts. We rent out either per court or as the full gym, depending upon your needs and availability. Rentals are typically in the evenings during the week and we do have some morning and afternoon slots available on the weekends. We require liability insurance so please inquire so we can see if your group’s coverage meets our requirements.

Robison Track
The state-of-the-art 6 lane track is the perfect place to host home meets. The track and field venue also includes separate runways for jumping and space for discus and shot put events. We require liability insurance so please inquire so we can see if your group’s coverage meets our requirements.

Tennis Courts
Our 8 hard courts provide a great place for your tennis team to train and compete. They are available to rent court time at certain times of the year. We require liability insurance so please inquire so we can see if your group’s coverage meets our requirements.

Athletic Fields
The outdoor sports facilities include grass fields for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey. As our athletic teams use them throughout the year, availability is limited. Please inquire if you are interested in renting them for practice, to host a meet or for a sports camp during the summer.
