Application & Tuition

• Click the “Register Now” button and enter your name, contact information, desired session dates, and initial payment information for your non-refundable deposit of $500 per student per session. The deposit may be paid through our secure online system via credit card or e-check.

Upon completion of Step 1, you will receive a welcome pack e-mail. This e-mail will include a link to the student profile, important program information, and an attached PDF for your records. Detailed instructions on how to complete your student profile and make final payment are included in the welcome pack e-mail.

Your student profile and final payment must be submitted online no later than June 1. Your health forms must be faxed or mailed no later than June 1. Families that fail to submit the profile, final payment or health forms by the June 1 deadline will incur a late registration fee, and their child’s acceptance to the program may be affected. Any additional forms must be completed and presented to the designated GirlSummer staff on registration day.

Students applying after the June 1 deadline will incur a $100 late fee and must complete their student profile and health forms at least one week before their session begins.

Your tuition covers room, all on-campus meals and activities, course materials, facilities, and field trip transportation. The field trip account of $100 is required upon registration. This money covers field trip meals, incidentals and any other small, personal spending. Each student will receive $50 for her Saturday trip and $50 for her Wednesday trip. Students may also choose to bring additional spending money for on- or off-campus purchases. To apply to GirlSummer, a deposit of $500 is required upon completion of your application. The $500 deposit will be applied to your full tuition of $2,395. Your final payment and student profile are due no later than June 1. For students applying after this deadline, the full program tuition is due upon application.

One-way service is $100; round-trip service is $195.

Students are escorted by a GirlSummer staff member to and/or from campus in an Emma Willard vehicle with a driver hired by the school. Detailed instructions on how to arrange for this service will be provided in your welcome pack e-mail. All flight information and payment for this service must be submitted by the June 1 deadline.

If a student reserves a space with GirlSummer and subsequently withdraws, the following refund policy will apply:

ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1: All tuition will be refunded, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.

AFTER JUNE 1: The tuition of any student withdrawing for any reason will not be refunded. Any student who is dismissed for disciplinary reasons or who chooses to leave once the session has begun receives no refund, as the school must honor financial commitments based on expected enrollment.

$100 Off Friends and Family: Both students earn $100 off when they both enroll by June 1.
$100 Off Multi-Session Enrollment: Earn $100 off both sessions when you enroll by June 1.
