    The annual meeting of the Emma Willard Alumnae Association will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at 11:30 a.m. in Kiggins Auditorium.

    Programming
    We have an exciting and full weekend planned for you. The weekend schedule can be viewed here.
     
    Registration
    The registration site will take you through the weekend and ask you to register for yourself and any guests, including children. You will have the choice to register for the full weekend or a la carte. You will notice there is a discount for early bird registration which applies through April 28.

    Full Weekend Registration
    • $160.00 ($185.00 after April 28)—Includes all programming and all meals excluding Class Reception and dinner.
     
    A La Carte Registration
    •Friday Registration—$60.00 ($75.00 after April 28)—Includes all programming. Dinner is not included.
    •Saturday Registration—$60.00 ($75.00 after April 28)—Includes all programming and lunch. Class reception and dinner is not included.
    •Sunday Registration—$25.00 ($40.00 after April 28)—Includes all programming and lunch.
     
    A La Carte Dinners
    •Friday Welcome Home Reception and Dinner—$25.00 ($40.00 after April 28)
    •Saturday Reunion Class Reception and Class Dinner—$40.00 ($55.00 after April 28)

    Farmer’s Market
    If you signed up for the Troy Farmer's Market trip, please meet outside on the front loop. The vans will be leaving promptly at 9:00 and will return by 10:30 a.m. for the parade. The vans cannot wait for anyone.
     
    Parade – Meet at the Flagpole
    The parade steps off on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Please plan to meet at the flagpole by 10:30 (if possible) as it takes time to organize everyone by classes. To help, we have a number of student volunteers. They will be holding up class signs so you know where your class will be located in the parade lineup. Your help is greatly appreciated!
     
    If there is severe weather, the parade will be cancelled and an announcement will be made.
     
    Class photos
    The class photos will be taken by Liz Lajeunesse’90 during lunch on Saturday (schedule below). The 50th class (1969) will have their class photo taken during their cocktail reception Saturday evening. Please note your class time below.

    Nametags
    Nametags will be given at registration check in. Please remember to wear your nametag throughout the weekend and especially for the receptions and dinners Friday and Saturday evenings. All guests who have registered to attend these events will have a sticker on their nametag.
     
    Class Dinners
    Each class will have their individual class dinner on campus on Saturday night. Class dinner locations are assigned mid-April and are based on the number of alumnae and guests registered for each and the size needed.
     
    Classes having their dinners on campus are invited to attend the All-Class Reception under the tent prior to dinner. The reception and the meal are included in the price of the class dinner. When registering, you will be asked for your class dinner meal choice.
     
    For classes who choose to have class dinner off campus at a classmate’s home, or at a local restaurant, please contact your Class Reunion Chair for details.
     
    Alcoves
    Our alcoves and bathrooms have been renovated. All dormitory alcoves have a refrigerator and microwave. If you anticipate late night chats, by all means load up your car with fixins’—snacks, beverages, baked goods…anything goes. If you’re planning to enjoy some libations, please remember to pack the appropriate openers, and, of course, drink responsibly!
     
     
    Dorm Rooms
    All the comforts you remember from days gone by await you! Your room is equipped with a bed, dresser, closet or armoire, a pillow, bed linens, towels, a lamp, and a fan. You are welcome to bring along anything that might enhance your dormitory stay, such as your favorite pillow.

    Wireless Access
    A significant portion of the campus has wireless access. You will be able to log in to Emma’s network as guests in the following locations: the dining hall, Kellas Commons area, the 2e-café, the admissions suite, and Dietel Library. Each registrant will be given an ID and password to use for the weekend. It is located on the front of your registration folder.
     
    Attire
    Whatever makes you happy! Many guests like to dress up a bit for the Saturday evening class dinners, but it’s not necessary and we want you to be comfortable! Bring comfortable shoes and a light jacket or sweater for the evenings.
     
    Parking
    On-campus parking is for all guests. Please feel free to park either in the lot to the right of the Main Entrance off Pawling Avenue, or in the lot to the left off the Elmgrove Entrance.
     
    Pets
    We cannot accommodate pets at reunion, unless you have a service animal. If you do have a service animal, please email Alumnae Relations, at alumnae@emmawillard.org or call 1-866-833-1814.
     
    Smoking
    Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on campus, especially in the dorms! The dorms are equipped with very (very!) sensitive smoke alarms, a change since you were last on campus. A candle, excessive hair spray, and, of course, cigarettes, will set them off.
     
    Please note: If you smoke in the dorms, the smoke alarms will go off, the fire department will be called, and the dorms will be evacuated regardless of the hour. No smoking please!
