It it's not my reunion year, can I still come?
Yes, everyone is welcome! Please go ahead and register to join in the fun!
How does the pass system work?
We offer three different passes for Reunion weekend:
-
A Weekend Pass with Housing (covers lodging in the dorms, all food, all drinks, and all programming)
-
A Weekend Pass without Housing (covers all food, all drinks, and all programming)
-
A Day Pass (covers all food, all drinks for one day. You can pick which day you will be attending) This pass is most ideal for Saturday for class dinners.
What if I want to attend reunion, but am concerned about the cost?
We want to help every member of the Emma family to participate in the celebration. If you have financial hardship, please email alumnae@emmawillard.org to request financial assistance. This is a fully confidential ask, and we will make every effort to help offset the expense of your registration fee. We are not able to provide financial support for travel, or other non-registration fee related expenses.
Where do I park for the weekend?
You may park on the front loop while you register. After registering, please move your vehicle off the front loop. We need to keep the front loop clear for other attendees to register, emergency vehicle access, and available for those who need accessible parking. You can park behind Weaver or use the Elmgrove entrance and park behind Mott Gymnasium for the remainder of the weekend. Students will be available to help with your luggage at the front loop or a golf cart can be deployed to the parking lot to assist you. Should you need accessible parking, please contact us at alumnae@emmawillard.org and we are happy to assist.
When and where is check-in/registration for the weekend?
When you arrive on campus, please use the front entrance off Pawling Avenue and proceed to registration located in Sage Foyer. At registration, you will receive your name tag and room assignment if you are staying on campus, as well as your welcome bag and Reunion schedule.
The hours for registration are:
- Thursday: 3:00–7:00 p.m. for those celebrating 50+ years and those traveling internationally.
Please note: rooms will not be available before 3:00 p.m. - Friday: 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Please note: the dorms close at noon on Sunday.
What if I am bringing more people than registration allows?
Our registration system only allows for two adults and two kids. If you have a larger party than registration allows, please reach out to the alumnae office at alumnae@emmawillard.org.
Can my pet stay with me in the dorms?
I have already registered without reserving a dorm room, but have changed my mind. What should I do?
If you did not indicate that you wanted to reserve a dorm room when you registered, no need to register again. Simply contact our Alumnae Relations Office at alumnae@emmawillard.org and we would be more than happy to help!
What if I register for a double, and my roommate has not yet registered?
