Fall Family Weekend
October 8–10, 2026
You are invited to join us on the Emma Willard School campus for Fall Family Weekend on October 8–10. You’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with the Emma community, visit your students’ classes, connect with College Counseling, and meet with teachers and advisors. We'll also enjoy some community time, with fun fall activities in between meetings!
Please register for events below by noon on October 7.
Registration for teacher conferences is now open via Pick-a-Time.
Scheduling for conferences will remain open through the weekend, but please sign up at least 12 hours before your requested meeting time.

3:00–5:00 p.m. Flu Clinic—Kellas Commons (parents welcome with insurance card; register here)
4:30–6:30 p.m. College Counseling Workshop—Kiggins Auditorium (Slocum)
4:30 p.m. Varsity Soccer v. Cambridge—Elizabeth Parry Field
5:15–7:15 p.m. Optional dinner available for families—Kellas Dining Hall
7:30 p.m. Bingo for families and students—Lower Dining Hall

8:00–8:30 a.m. Registration and Refreshments—Mott Gymnasium

What to Know About Registration
You will go through two registration processes: one to register for events and one to sign up for conferences with teachers.
Conferences are available either virtually (through Google Meet/Zoom) or in person with a student’s teachers and advisor. All conferences are 10 minutes long.
Virtual conferences will be offered Monday, October 5 through Thursday, October 8, and on Saturday, October 10.
In-person conferences will be available only on Friday, October 9, from 12:50–3:50 p.m.
Registering through Pick-a-Time
- Login to MyEmma
- Navigate to Resources and choose the Pick-a-Time tile
- Select "Virtual" or "In-Person," book an appointment with teacher A.
- Select "Virtual" or "In-Person" again and book an appointment with teacher B.
- Repeat for each faculty/advisor meeting time that is needed.
