Leadership in Training Program
Our Leadership in Training (LIT) program is a bridge between the joy of being a camper and the responsibility of being a mentor. Campers in this program will engage in workshops focused on conflict resolution, group dynamics, and public speaking. Beyond camp, this course will also prepare campers for their future careers by teaching them how to navigate onboarding paperwork, master the art of the job interview, and manage their future first paychecks. By the end of the session, we hope campers will leave with confidence to lead, the empathy to listen, and a toolkit of life skills that translate far beyond summer camp.
This is a robust full-day two-week program offered to those entering 10th grade and up. The program will include lunch, and campers will end their day in the pool for a fun swimming elective—so bring your bathing suit and a can-do attitude!
