There's no doubt about it, pep rallies are a part of the educational experience. But as the pandemic raged on, many traditions like pep rally were reimagined or cancelled altogether. The return to in-person learning brings a renewed sense of normal for returning students and encourages new community members to revel in the unfamiliar, yet exciting buzz.

Led by our captain, Head of School Jenny Rao, the pep rally created an overwhelming sense of school spirit on Mount Ida. As each team was introduced, athletes and coaches were greeted with a roar of cheers as they ran through the gym. This Fall, the Jesters are represented in badminton, crew, cross country, field hockey (JV/V), soccer (JV/V), swimming and diving, tennis, volleyball (JV/V), dance, equestrian, archery, basketball, figure skating, golf, and softball.

We look forward to continuing the celebrations at our next pep rally this winter. Go Jesters!
