French II Apple Tartes

From the tree to the classroom! Mme. Sabatier's French III students recently carried out the whole process of making French "Tarte aux pommes" (apple tart)—from harvesting the beautiful apples from the apple tree on campus to baking and serving them in the 2e café.  Their study took them through the linguistic and cultural aspects of the French tart recipes.
