On May 5, Kiki Y. ’24 and Mitsuki N. ’23 were accompanied by Visual Arts Instructors Caroline Valites and Lindsay Slaughter at the Congressional Art Awards Ceremony at Union College, led by Congressman Paul Tonko.
Work from Jiaqi F. ’25, who was unable to attend, was also on display. Every spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors this nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent across the United States.
