Model UN students pose with certificates

On the weekend of February 10, eleven Emma Willard students competed at the Boston University Model United Nations competition.

The delegates served on a variety of committees, from the Press Corps to the WHO, as well as on various historical crisis committees. The club was led with grace and maturity by co-heads Samantha Y. '23 and Maple L. '23. All of the students did wonderful work, and two won awards: Gevi S. '23 won the Best Delegate Award and Maple L. '23 earned an Honorable Mention. At this competitive conference, these were remarkable accomplishments. We are so proud of this team!
